I know you’ve all heard the saying, “I woke up on the wrong side of the bed.” Although there are many factors that affect our day-to-day life, one thing is for sure…we determine our mood and there are things we can do to improve our mood:

  1. Allow plenty of time to prepare for the day (don’t feel rushed)
  2. Read the bible, complete your daily devotions, or read something inspiring
  3. Pray or meditate
  4. Count your blessings
  5. Turn on your favorite music as you get ready for the day
  6. Eat a healthy breakfast
  7. Drink a cup of tea or coffee
  8. Cuddle with your pet
  9. Call or text someone you love
  10. Kiss/hug your loved loves before separating for the day
