Halloween Forest Fun Hike (Westland)

  • Cost: $6 per child and $2 per adult for Wayne County residents
  • Description: Take a guided night hike to meet some “not-so-scary and sort-of-silly” nature-related characters. These costumed creatures will tell you all about themselves and share some Halloween prizes and treats! Arrive 15 minutes before your starting time. Hikes will be held outdoors, so dress accordingly. The program will be moved indoors only if it’s very rainy.  After a 45 minute hike around the grounds of Nankin Mills, participates will go inside for a live animal show to meet many amazing creatures from around the world!  This program is geared toward ages 4 to adult.

  • Description:  Find your way through the 6-acre corn maze.  When you hear the bell your journey will begin with a hayride to the corn maze where you are dropped off and then you are on your own to weave your way through.  Your challenge: while you are winding your way through the maze– find all eight of the wooden animals that are hidden throughout. Complete this challenge and you may enter to win a Maybury Farm prize pack!

    Once you have completed the maze another hayride awaits to take you back to the farm where you can enjoy cider, donuts, and snacks that are also available. There is no better way to spend a beautiful autumn day than at Maybury Farm!
