Happiness Jar
Spread the love
Have you thought about your goals for 2016? This year, I am focusing on the positive and all the blessings in my life. To help with this, I am going to start a happiness jar. Each time something makes me happy, I will write it down on a small slip of paper and place it in my jar. When I’m feeling blue, I can pull out some happiness to read! My goal is to write down at least one thing each day. At the end of the year, I should have at least 365 happy things to read about!
How about you? What is one of your goals this year?
This was a very nice post and I am going to start one of these!! My goal next year is to focus on my health and getting out into my city more! Good luck with your jar!!
Yes, I also want to exercise more!
I LOVE this idea! It would be so fun to read them all on New Year’s Eve at the end of the year.
Very beautiful post. This is something that I do with my class regularly. It really keeps them focused on the positive. As for one of my personal goals, my husband and I are tackling the 52 books in 52 weeks challenge for the new year!
Wow that book goal would be so difficult for me. I’m not a reader.
My happiness lately has been going out with friends. It really helps me get through what I’m going through. Thank you for coming out to see me. My goals are to get in my house, unpack EVERYTHING since I haven’t been allowed. Also, I want to start back on my 6 pack again. It probably will be a 2 pack, but close enough. đ
This is a great idea, I love it and I am going to do it. I am also going to encourage my kids to do it too. Awesome post.
Thanks!
I need to get my high blood pressure under control. Hopefully through exercise and diet rather than meds.
I hope so too!
I love the idea of a Happiness Jar. I have so many goals for 2016, but I’m trying to get them down to just a few.
