We all have those days when we feel down in the dumps. There’s no avoiding it, but there are things you can do to lift your mood.

10 things to do to lift your mood:

  1. Pray or meditate
  2. Exercise
  3. Play music
  4. Think about all the things you are thankful for
  5. Laugh with a friend
  6. Get some sunshine
  7. Get adequate sleep/take a nap
  8. Pamper yourself in some way
  9. Do something nice for someone
  10. Cuddle with your pets
