Pasta Fresca is Back at Noodles & Company (+Giveaway)

Disclosure: I received a free noodles tasting in return for this post. All opinions are mine.
Pasta Fresca is Back at Noodles & Company
If you didn’t taste it before, you have the chance now! Pasta Fresca is back at Noodles & Company. Of all the pasta dishes I’ve tried at Noodles & Company, this is one of my favorites. Pasta Fresca is penne pasta with balsamic, olive oil and roasted garlic, red onion, tomato, spinach and parmesan. Although it seems light because of the oils (rather than a heavy sauce), Pasta Fresca is bursting with flavor. Just like all other pasta dishes at Noodles & Company, this dish can be topped with your favorite protein or made to order. At less than 500 calories for the small size, this dish would make a fabulous lunch or dinner.
Other choices at Noodles & Company include a couple other favorites of mine including Spicy Chipotle Adobo and Thai Green Curry (minus the shrimp).
Spicy Chipotle Adobo served with grilled chicken or slow-braised pork contains cavatappi noodles in a smoky adobo sauce, cream, red onion, mushrooms, sour cream, lime and cilantro. If you love spice, especially Mexican spices, this dish is a must try!
Although I’m not a shrimp eater, I love the flavor of the Thai Green Curry, which can be served meatless or with your protein of choice. Rice noodles with a sweet coconut green curry sauce, pineapple, broccoli, red onion, snap peas, lime, black sesame seeds and cilantro, make this dish very unique. Again, this dish is spicy…can you see a pattern here with me and spicy foods!

I used to go to Noodles and Co a lot more because there was one in the parking lot of my old job (convenience is king), but I still head to the one ~5 miles up the road from my house for dinner about once per month. I love their Alfredo MontAmore, its the best thing I’ve had there and remains consistently yummy! My wife almost always orders the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese.
Good luck to you! I love the chicken in the Alfredo – good choice.
